Andre Biet

André Biet is a co-founder of the Charter Hall Group and served as the Group's managing director and CEO for 15 years until listing the company on the Australian Stock Exchange in June 2005 (ASX: CHC). He continues to serve as non-executive director on the Group's board. Charter Hall is a fully-integrated property development and investment company with several billion dollars worth of funds under management and in excess of 2 billion dollars worth of developments. During the late 1990's, Charter Hall raised Australia 's first wholesale private equity real estate fund. André initiated the Group's wholesale capital-raisings, with the most recent fund raising $500 million of equity from the wholesale market.

Prior to co-founding Charter Hall, André was managing director of the Heine Group's property arm, which has now been integrated into ING. As a former director of operations at Leighton Properties, he was responsible for property development activities. Andre has a degree in Economics and an MBA. André is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a fellow of the Australian Property Institute.

 
Madeleine Snelling

Madeleine Snelling has 13 years' experience in the alternative investments industry in Australia and New York . During this time, her predominant focus was on alternative asset management activities and more recently, as a Director of Brookvine Pty Ltd, she was engaged in domestic and offshore capital raising for private equity buyout and private equity real estate funds. Prior to this, Madeleine was head of Funds Investment at SeQant Asset Management, where she managed the private equity and unlisted property funds investment mandate on behalf of Qantas Superannuation Ltd. This mandate covered the United States, European and Australian investment manager evaluation and selection.

She began her private equity career with AMP Asset Management in Sydney in 1994. In 2000 she moved to New York where she was responsible for evaluating US buyout and venture funds on behalf of AMP Henderson's global private capital fund-of-funds.

 
   
Robert Tsenin

Robert Tsenin was educated at the Universities of Sydney and London, and London Business School. He spent ten years at Goldman Sachs in corporate finance and M&A in New York, London and Sydney and was managing director of Goldman Sachs Australasia until joining Lend Lease Corporation in 1997 as finance director. Lend Lease is one of the largest global integrated real estate companies including real estate fund management, development and construction activities. Robert retired from Lend Lease in August 2003. He joined Lazard in London as Senior Advisor on real estate and M&A transactions in Europe and Russia. During this time he was appointed to the UK PIF listing sub committee, the industry group formed to respond to the UK Treasury's proposed REIT legislation. In 2005 he retired from Lazard and is now based in London and Sydney .

Robert has served as an independent director on a number of boards including Telstra Corporation, National Mutual, Waco International, Lend Lease, Global Properties Fund, International Distressed Debt Fund and Sagasco. He is currently on the board of Australian Infrastructure Fund.
